The Rose Arbor

A journey walking through a rose covered arbor, lead to the discovery of a lovely, serene looking clay garden sculpture on the trellis, that inspired this colorful depiction.

My artwork focuses on the spiritual aspect of life: the seen, as well as the unseen. I incorporate a richly developed vocabulary of symbolism, myth and lore into my paintings. My belief is that the artist's journey is to uncover an effectively engaging aspect of nature or life, that is often overlooked by many people. I hope you will find these influences appealing in my works.
